Refund Policy

EAA Compliance Scanner is sold as a subscription to an online service. This policy explains when we refund a charge and how to request one. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under consumer-protection law.
What we always refund
Duplicate charges for the same subscription. Charges for a period in which the Service was substantially unavailable due to a fault on our side. Charges you did not authorize, after we verify the dispute.
What we generally do not refund
Subscription periods that have already elapsed and during which the Service was available to you. Change of mind after a billing period has started, except where required by law. Dissatisfaction with scan results that accurately reflect the state of the scanned site.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Unused days are not refunded except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@eaacompliant.com from the address on the account, including the order ID and a brief description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension.
